The Senior Adult Ministry seeks to glorify God by ministering to senior adults.
This ministry is an outreach program for all seniors in our community. A monthly fellowship is held on the third Thursday of each month in our Ministry Center. Lunch is served at noon, followed with a brief program which includes entertainment and fellowship.
The Senior Adult Ministry also takes multiple trips throughout the year. From shorter day trips in our area to longer trips across the country, this group is always on the go!
Some other opportunities this ministry offers are the Golden Ladies and Nursing Home ministries. The Golden Ladies are a group of widows who meet monthly for planned activities and fellowship, and the Nursing Home Ministry ministers to residents of area nursing homes.
This group also offers Bible study classes that meet each Sunday morning at 8:15 am or 10:45 am. These classes include Bible studies for men, women, and couples.
