What is TeenMom Connection all about?

Thanks for your interest in TeenMom Connection. We are excited you are thinking about being a part of this great group of moms!  Our goal as leaders is to provide help & hope to young moms facing the challenging task of motherhood.  While mothering can offer some of the greatest joys in life, it can also pose some of the greatest frustrations & difficulties.  This group is designed to meet the needs of    pregnant teens & teen moms (up to the age of 20).  Childcare is free & snacks/desserts are always provided.

 What do you do in your meetings?

The TeenMom Connection is a place where moms of similar ages can connect, to inspire and help each other become better moms.  We will discuss topics relevant to the challenges of being young moms, offer fun activities & provide information helpful in mothering.  Whether it is having a guest speaker or a relaxing spa night, you will walk away encouraged.  We also offer a point system through which you can earn necessities such as diapers, wipes, baby food, etc.  Make sure you get a copy of what you can do to start earning points.  You can earn points just by showing up to a meeting!.

 When?

1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month

6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

We meet in the house located behind our new church building at 2000 Grace Way

De Soto, MO

How do I join the TeenMoms Group? 

You are welcome to just show up at any time, but if  you would like more info on our group, you can call the church office at 636-586-2500. 

Our group is a ministry of First  Baptist Church in De Soto.  We meet in the house located behind our new church building at 2000 Grace Way in DeSoto, MO. (the new church is behind Dairy Queen.) We are not  affiliated with any state or local government groups.  We are a non-denominational group open to girls of all faiths and backgrounds.  We do not exist to scrutinize or judge, but to help, encourage & support.  For additional information or questions, don’t hesitate to contact us..
